I have 3 pets that are living and two that are waiting for me at
the rainbow bridge. Pickle was my first pet as an adult, he was an American Short Hair that was jet black with just a few white hairs on his chest. I don't have any picks of him though. Then there's my partner.... Lucky. He found his way into my life from the animal shelter, he would die for you, lick your wounds, baby sit you kids and cook you dinner if that would make you happy. Ran like the wind and loved everyone. He got me through my wife almost dying, almost getting a divorce and lots of long nights with sick kids. I still find it hard to talk about him with out crying. Lucky Frog RIP. Then there is George and Oreo.... Think Garfield and Ode and you have an idea of what i'm working with. However, Ode out weighs Garfield by about 90 lbs. They are snarling at each other one second and then she's cleaning his ear and sleeping almost on top of him the next. Funny thing is whenever we let him out side she watches out the door for him and lets us know when he wants back in. These two are good for hours of entertainment. Have you ever seen a cat get drenched in dog drool by being licked from tail to head. Then there is Mew. yup just Mew. Thats because all she can say is Mew. Very high pitched and extreamly cute. Think Nermal with a crooked tail. We think she was the result of a U turn in the gene pool and she is also a hermaphrodite, which means she had the parts of both male and female. Vet teased us that we got two for the price of one when she was fixed. Now also have to understand that she is the oldest pet in the house but also the smallest. She only weigh's about 4lbs and is the size of a 5 month old kitten. George doesn't mess with her much and I think Oreo thinks she's a kitten.
